my application was returned from CIO to Bangladesh on 18/10/2011. Any idea when it may reach to me?
I am getting ready for next Year chance. What else do!!!!

In addtion, i also received a confirmation letter from Singarpore office 19th October 2011 with (UCI) tracking number.

What's next. Medical ?
Can anybody tell me, how long i have to wait for Medical Exam request.

In addtion, i also received a confirmation letter from Singarpore office 19th October 2011 with (UCI) tracking number.

What's next. Medical ?

This is joyeta. Are u from Bangladesh? I am also the applicant under noc 1122. I also received AOR from Singapore (19th October 2011). When u receive PER from CIC? ur timeline is same as me. What does ur e-cas says? are they started processing or not? they started my processing on 1st Nov 2011 but till now i don't receive any medical. PLZ keep me updated to every hearing from SGVO. bye.

NO NOT YET i have just checked before 1 hour !!!!!!!!!!
I think its clear that all the applicants of AUG are out of the race & just wait to receive ur file back!!!!!!!!!!!
As cio directly sending application back to respective postal addresses without any intimation !!!!!!!!!!!!
I have recently send two mails but no response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is only hope for applicants with Arranged employment in canada!!!!!!!!!!!
so just wait n wait nothing we can do!!!!!!!!

Did you get a aknowledgement mail from CIO for 30/11 mail? then you will get a reply before 20/12

I have following this topic very closely, and this is my story:

I applied for NOC 1122 through agent ***** on the 5th August 2011.
My application was received by CIC on the 10th August 2011.

After 3.5 months waiting, I called my agent and asked him for an update. He could not give me an update, so I decided to call CIC by myself.
I called them and after long waiting they found my application in their system. They said, Unfortunately, we have NOT processed your application as the cap was reached!

According to CIC the cap was reached by the 10th August 2011. My application was sent back on the 25th August, but till date I have not received anything yet.

I called my agent and told him my findings. He said the best thing is to wait, as CIC is not that efficient in their work (Desi style of work).
The agent also mentioned that it doesn't mean that the first 500 applicants are "eligible", CIC does a basic review and if that looks fine, they credit the BD or CC. After this they do a full review and at this point, they still can reject applications. This is point where they take another more eligible applicant into consideration.

So, dear friends - for me its just waiting and hoping for the best!

I sent an e-mail to CIC on NOV. 27 inquiring about my case, I got a reply on Dec.13 that my application was returned back to me on Nov.23 due to cap reached... i resent an e-mail asking about the mailing service company they used to send me my application back and didn't get any reply, it's been almost a month since they sent my app. it should have been delivered!!

anybody knows the mail company, DHL, EXPRESS... or others ...

I have applied through an agent and believe he will receive my package back. I am a resident of the Netherlands.
I will wait till mid january and will chase my agent for the package or any other update from CIC. Surely will keep you updated!

Hi Memo, you will receive it through regular mail. They dont use a courier company. It can take about 2 months before you have your package back!
