1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

Hello everyone,
I have been following this forum for quite sometime. Even I've applied under NOC code 1122 and my application reached CIO, NS on 5th Aug. I had emailed an inquiry after 6 weeks and below is the reply I recieved after 3 weeks ON 13th Oct.:

"Good Morning,
Our records indicate your application is awaiting initial processing. You will be contacted in due course.

Thank you,
JT"

Does this mean my application is within the cap? Till today, I've not received any further correspondence. Can some senior member in this forum please guide? Thanks for your help!

Hi to every one, I would like to ask anybody out there who already have an experience applying as a skilled worker especially for NOC 3152 (Registered Nurse). My documents was received (In Nova Scotia office) last Sept. 13 per DHL confirmation, and the Cap was closed on Sept. 20, 2011. I am just wondering if I was included within the cap before it reaches 500, because until now its the month of november the CIC has not yet inform me nor acknowledge that they have received my papers.

I heard that some applicants have been informed by the CIC as soon as they received their documents.

I am just nervous what if I am not included within the Cap, I might have myself ready (emotionally) to accept the return of my papers soon.

Please anybody I badly need your advice to comfort my restless nights. Thanks

The email address is CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca. You can email after 6 weeks of sending your application to CIC. They replied to me after 15 working days. Good Luck!

i am in category of 1122 and my application was received by MIKE on 20th of July, 2011. and till now i have not receive any acknowledgment from CIC and even not encashement of BD.

dear Admin, please update my record also and help to send an email for inquiry.(what is the ID to send email)

i was a silent member of this forum and following this forum since last three months but now i am bit confused and decide to try like others for inquiry.

my package arrived to CIC on Aug 2 . and i think i dont have chance . in your case !! i dont think so

But they updated as cap reached on Aug 22. May be there is a slight hope.

My application reached on 17th as well. We could be late, we could have made it just in time. Whatever it is, lets not loose hope till hear back from CIC.

Regarding the refusals, they don't inform anybody. You will only receive the package at your doorstep.

If the category does not match, they do send refusal letter. One of my cousin got that email after submission of about one month and got money back in next month.

but unfortunately i have just got the letter that the cap has been reached ........ can anyone tell whats the capped date originally is 22 august 2011.

I was so desperate but just heard this bad news.....

do anyone have any idea whats going on or whats ur application status????especially whose application was received prior to July 20, 2011

unfortunately it is not strange . it seems that 1122 has been cap reached on july 8 .!!! only one person in this forum told that CIC withdraw money from his CC . many peaple like you got this email .

I was the one who said my cc got charged....now here is the thing....i got email yesterday from CIC saying my application was returned due to cap reached.......i dont know why the hell they charge my cc when the cap was reached....this CIC is full of lies.....anyway guys...best of luck for everyone else......i hope they give me full refund...else i am going to court.....

Today i received an email from cic, my application was returned before this email, they mention in a letter sent with the application that the cap is reached, my application delivered in 21 of july 2011.

However, i read their email and i find this:

Good Afternoon.



Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 29 Sept 2011. It was deemed incomplete. We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.



Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form so there is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.
