Ok,
At last got the PER. I hope AOR is no more. I directly got the PER.
Sent on 2nd July 2011
Received at CIO 08th July 2011
Credit Card Charged 20th August 2011
PER Received 04th October 2011
I want to know when the PER is given do you have any idea what docuements do they go through?
Do you know what is the next step?

PER = 1st AOR
It's the initial review part where generally the point calculation is done. And checking out the necessary documents.
then they'll send the file to VO, where they'll start the background checks and go through the whole application once again. after getting the file they usually issue 2nd AOR which contains a receipt number and your file is assigned to a immigration officer.
after that if everything checks out, you'll get MR then RPRF then PP and then finally maple leaf!!

in between, there's a long w-a-i-t-i-n-g period!!

Is there any July last week applicant for NOC 1122 whose DD/CC/BD has been charged?

Thanks a lot.

So now I can come to a conclusion that points assessment on all the six criterias are done is it? Since the documents have been sent to the visa office.

what is MR? RPRF? and PP?

Even though you say its long waiting period will it pass more than 8 months since CIC say they finish the processing within 6-8 months?

Thanks a lot

Dear All,
My friend has some question about FSW1.
She applied for 1122 for July 2011 ~ June 2012 .... MI3
She got PER ... now she is having problem with her job she don't want to continue with this job and in fact she want layoff for some time coz she want to give time to her child who is only 1.5 year old please suggest her if there is any problem or is it ok.

Thanks & Regards
S.Ansari

change of employment MUST be notified to VO. she'll get the VO file no. after 2nd AOR, then all she has to do is let VO know about the latest job and whereabouts. and her processing will be a bit longer than the usual. unemployment might effect the PR as she's applying under FSW.

i dont think unemployment will effect PR, what they would like to know the reasons why you are not working?

Well, good news or just a system failed? there are approximate 10 to 20 apps including mine have been changed statu from PER or RVBO to IN PROCESS tonight.....
Go checking yours my friend....

Hey guys,

I was checking CIC ECAS status regularly..... In last week my contact address was started appearing above the status..... from thursday I was on my official tour and returned back yesterday, due to which meanwhile i couldnt check the status.... when i returned , i checked the status and found that address was appearing but the status got changed to IN PROCESS...... I clicked on the status and found no change in the tracking record. Tracking record was still showing my application recv. date and PER date (not ashowing RBVO status)
How is it possible??? I was expecting RBVO status in this week and IN PROCESS status after 4 months (by analysing earlier/senior status).... Is it a system error, or is it like IN RPOCESS for sending an application to RBVO.....
Seniors Pl guide......

Thanks in advance !! :)

HI Phil..... I hope you have made all teh arrangements for our party.....
I packed all the indian spices for the food.... :) anyways congratulations for the change in the Ecas status. I have noticed the same change in my status as well. I was out of station due to official work since thursday (last week). b4 going there i checked the status and it was unchanged.... but when i checked the status yesterday night (after returning home) the status was changed to In Process... I havn't seen the status of RBVO in Ecas..... I clicked on status to check the track record of application but it was unchanged and showing the same old tracking record......??? whats happening with the site..... why these ppl are creating causes to shoot our BP...... :).... what say??? 'In process' status is for RBVO or we should expect MR in a months time.....?? :)

Hello all,
Need help to understand the process of CIC..... I send my applctn on 2nd Jul rec by CIC at 5th Jul. Recv PER on 14th SEP.till last week (i.e 6th Oct'11) status was showing PER update. Now, the status got changed to IN PROCESS which is creating a question in my mind. I was following the path (Pl correct if I am wrong) Submission--Recv by CIC--1st AOR/PER-->file transfer-->RBVO-->2nd AOR-->In Process-->Interview and or MR-->RPR/PPR-->VISA.
Now, till 3rd step I was on correct path but if we go by current status I have not updated for 4th and 5th steps but CIC jumped me to 6th Step. OR by other means, CIC added one more step in between 3rd and 5th step???? SO much confusion...... ??? :o :'(
