Actually there are July 1/2nd week applications who havent recd any kind of response yet..

It is horrible! Application reached so late, 3rd August. :'( Not getting any sign of hope.
No news from CIO. Waiting without hope. This is terrific!
Sure that again to wait for next July 2012.
July - 2012, it might be more tough!
Sometimes I do dream that CIC has accepted the application even on 3rd August!

i have recieved some indication (from a consultant) that next year intake will be through online submissions only. meaning all document are to be scanned and submitted online.

Does anyone have any information on this? is this true?

i think it will be good if this happens. then july 1st midnight we can send our submission in. but could result in other complications.

Pl update my entry in SS..... 9/10/2011 by either file transfer or RBVO or In Process in actual (hope so).... you are seniors so you must be knowing the status.....

In backend, praying it will be only RBVO/File transfer.......

Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals

No, nothing has been released yet nor will it be until much later on - i doubt the CIC are worried about 2012 when theres 2011 in full flow. Not really much to comment on either, what can i say? It could go well, it could go wrong, we have no details to say either way - i personnaly am not sure it will happen as it would be harder to tell fake/wrong docuemnts from real ones with them being only a PDF and not a hard copy......

change of employment MUST be notified to VO. she'll get the VO file no. after 2nd AOR, then all she has to do is let VO know about the latest job and whereabouts. and her processing will be a bit longer than the usual. unemployment might effect the PR as she's applying under FSW.

mute_man, after AOR, even yours went straight to "In Process", I can see as per your profile... ? Any update after that?

My application was receieved back on the 6th of October 2011, letter states that not succesfull due to cap being reached. my application was received on 12th July.

i am temporarily out of the race. looking at options now.

Mine was received on 16th August, (We share the same VO) So i guess i would receive the application back within next 1 month. We were talking about appealing to CIO regarding their lack of information publication. (Updating the website with wrong information) Do you still plan to do that? OR have you already appealed? Who is your consultant? I'm seriously upset with my consultant, who does not disclose correct information to me, Recently she stopped responding to my e mails. This is so disgusting. Can you please send me your contact number, so we can discuss and do something together.

HI Phil..... I hope you have made all teh arrangements for our party.....
I packed all the indian spices for the food.... anyways congratulations for the change in the Ecas status. I have noticed the same change in my status as well. I was out of station due to official work since thursday (last week). b4 going there i checked the status and it was unchanged.... but when i checked the status yesterday night (after returning home) the status was changed to In Process... I havn't seen the status of RBVO in Ecas..... I clicked on status to check the track record of application but it was unchanged and showing the same old tracking record......??? whats happening with the site..... why these ppl are creating causes to shoot our BP...... .... what say??? 'In process' status is for RBVO or we should expect MR in a months time.....??

Several versions of the message are circulating, and could include different tracking numbers depending on the variant of the message you receive. We are aware of one version which is falsely reporting delivery of a package from the Heart and Stroke lottery foundation, and there may be others circulating with different package senders being spoofed.

Steps you can take to protect yourself if you receive an email that appears to be from Canada Post:

1.If you feel the email is suspicious or there is an attachment, delete it.
2.Whether you are expecting a package delivery by Canada Post or not, and there is a tracking number in the email, you can do the following:
◦Check the tracking number by going directly to www.canadapost.ca and entering the tracking number on the home page where indicated.
