i want to contact CIC regarding my application which was recieved by 25th august 2011 as it has been 6 weeks now since the date of submission.
my question is:
in my mail what are the information such as name or passport no. etc should i provide so they can identify my application and its status.

I applied under NOC#1122 and my docs were received by canadian immigration office on 16-Aug-2011. since then it's almost 7 weeks completed still no hearing from CIO. Did anyone received the response or returned parcel of his/her docs incase of refusel. How i can contact the CIO to find the exact status of my case.

My application arrived in CIO july 12 and so far I havent got a word from them, no acknowledgement of receipt, no fee charged on credicard, absolutely nothing! Its been 3 months already! Its really bad because we dont even know if they have our papers. I wrote emails to this adress that I mentioned above, re-sending it every week, but they dont answer it. If you reveice answer from them please share!

cap reached for noc 1122 around 8th of july. most of the applicant' s applications returned after that as cap reached. pls try thru other rout (fsw2).

For Supersayan and other new members, it is indeed the Cap problem if your application had reached on or after 8th of July. The website that was supposedly to help the applicants with the status was a big deception.

I want to do the TEF exam course. How much time this course will take ?????

I think now it's time to go for second option...... now there no hope for noc 1122 applicant's after 8th july.

Lets see today is a last day of this week. May be today we all hear some good news for 11 to 15 july applicant's.

Other noc applicant's where getting there PER but no news about noc 1122..........?????

Although I expect the answer of CIC (either that I have no record or that my application was sent back due the CAP reached; or even the first one then I will receive the second notification), I sent an inquiry email today to CIC to ask about my application that was received by them on the second of August.

Surprise!!!!just released on Chinese forum that there were two apps getting ME today...how fast it is....
Anyone who's app received as of 4th-5th of July can check for this.

How do you guys know that cap for 1122 was on 8th of july? because the first update they did on the list didnt reach cap, and it only reached cap in august. Why would they put 70 app received in middle july on the list if the max capacity was reached already?

My application has a alternative NOC for electrician, the electrician NOC last year got only about 100 app during all year period, so maybe thats why I didnt receive my application back yet? They could be processing it at electrician NOC? Its been three months with absolutely no contact from them, no credicard charged no AOR, nothing! what you guys think?
