Hi..My first application got returned on Jan 2011 and received documents in May 2011.
My consultant said that he'll apply again in June but, unfortunately they have sent my documents on 19/Aug 2011
I dont knw when CIC got my documents.I think it takes 3-4 days. seniors pls advice.

There is some evidence that the cap was reached on July 8th or shortly afterwards. If that's the case, then your application will be returned.

However at this point no one can tell you for certain when the cap was reached and if your application will be accepted. So all you can do is wait and hope for the best.

Chances are very slim as CIC posted on 23rd August that cap reached. So if courier takes 4 days you missed the chance... but check in 35 days from the time CIC received the documents if your CC is charged or if you paid by BD, then check with the bank if BD encashed...

All the best... and make sure you keep your documents ready in June 2012 beginning itself... and if 1122 is still in the offering next year, send your documents on 26th June 2012 so it reaches on 1st july (or check the exact delivery schedule from courier) in any case don't delay and complete documents should be with CIC on 1st July 2012...

Anyway still I hope you make it this year.

Since CIO has not officially inform any cut-off date regarding application will it be a chance?

With respect, if we have a seperate thread for every month and every NOC combo - 29 NOCs x 12 months means nearly 350 threads.

There is a thread for NOC 1122 after 1st July would this thread not suffice?
