10+3 diploma and a PG Diploma from Symbiosis equivalent in Canada

Hi,
I have done my 10+3 Diploma in Bangalore and then did my PGDIT from SCDL via distance education, now I work as a Senior software technical consultant in one of the top MNC in India .anyone have an idea what my education is equivalent on Canada/ WES report and if I hold any chance if I apply for PR Card.

A response will be highly appreciated.

What do you mean apply for a PR card ? Assume you mean apply to emigrate to Canada ? Regardless of your qualifications assume that you have assessed your score here simply based on assumptions that your education is either recognised or not recognised given education is just part of the immigration puzzle ?
