Count the hours during your part time, it should be at least 30hrs.EE-CEC application:
Nov 2019-Jun 2020 part time NOC 3233
Jun 2020-Feb 2021 (present) full time NOC 3233
Does the CIC consider my two work history as 1 year experience? Need help thanks.
For my part time, I only did 15hrs per week. Overall, I did 636.60 hrs based on my letter of employment.I believe you need to count hours to be a minimum of 1560 while not counting more than 30 bours per week.

You cannot count after 30hrs per week
As casual employee, I don't have guaranteed hours of work. As per my employment as casual, it was stated as:What do you mean by Casual? Is it part time? If it’s NOC 0,a or B, and you have a reference letter and T4, you can add it as a work experience.
I would recommend getting your work reference letters after you get that 2 hours from your current work so your total work experience would be 1560.
If your T4 can corroborate the actual hours work, maybe you can use that? Just add an LOE that even though the reference letter states 39.5 hours weekly, you only work this # of hours per week during the duration of your contract. It can cumbersome for you to document the number of hours worked per week, but I think it would be worth it as the officer reviewing your file would be able to follow and understand the number of hours you actually worked and how it all totals to 1560 hours or more.As casual employee, I don't have guaranteed hours of work. As per my employment as casual, it was stated as:
"This letter is to confirm that X has been employed as a Casual employee at
X as a Registered Practical Nurse from September 12, 2019 to January
1, 2020. Her immediate supervisor was X, Director of Wellness.
She worked at a rate of $X per hour at 39.50 hours weekly scheduled, making a yearly
salary of $X I have attached a job description, listing all duties required for the
position."
So I am not sure if I should include this or not as it still within the NOC B.
