1 year contract in Vancouver

Hi there
I am a visual effects artist if I have a 1 year contract in Vancouver , I want to know :
1- If I want to sponsor my mom to travel with me, is it possible ?
2- if I have 20000 Canadian dollar is it enough ?
3-if I have no disease but I use a wheelchair because of old accident , is it possible to me to pass the medical examination ?
