1 diploma + 1 degree = 1 post-sec credential only?!

Hello,

I am a Pharmacy graduate from India which is a 4 years degree. In addition to that I have done a certification course in Clinical research for one year. But this certification was done from an institute which is not affiliated to any University. Can I use this certificate as 2nd post-secondary diploma/certificate?

You have to have you diploma assesed by WES, ECA, etc

Unless it can be evaluated I don't think you can count it. I would look at the WES website to see if it has been assessed and at what level.

ya,as per my research and suggestions theres no way to include your Credential if its obtained by any of Private Institutes!

I met my consultant and he told me Wes will accept certificates which are affiliated under UGC or AICTE or ITI

Is the one-year pre-master degree assumed to be a second degree besides bachelor's degree ? and Is it equivalent to one of the following degrees ?

• Post-undergraduate diploma
• Graduate Certificate
• Graduate Certificate with a focus in [area of concentration]
• Postgraduate certificate
• Postgraduate Diploma
• Graduate Diploma with a focus in [area of concentration]
• Graduate diploma
• one-year Postgraduate Certificate in [name of discipline]

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)

With this, Can I now claim points for two certificates?

Does WES provide equivalency for Diploma in Management from IGNOU. I could not verify this from WES "Free Degree Equivalency Tool" as no Diploma courses are available in the drop down list.

I have already got my Bachelor Degree(B.Tech - IT) equivalency from WES. Later I took this Diploma course from IGNOU.
Is it possible to claim "Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer" with a Bachelor and Diploma(If WES provides a equivalent)

I am filling up my express entry profile & in study section there is a drop down for level of education wherein there is no option for 'two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. one must be for a program of three or more years'

As per my ECA I have got 'Bachelor's degree (four years) and postgraduate diploma (one year)'

In this case what option can I choose? There is an option for bachelors & for Masters, nothing in between.

sorry to ask again, i waited for 2 and half months for report but they have mentioned my one year Graduate diploma as

Canadian Equivalency: Postgraduate certificate (one semester), I'm totally confused as it says (One semester),

not sure whether i can claim Two or more degrees , as it says one semester.

Good luck, May i Know you followed your One year Graduate Diploma as a Full-time/Part-Time/ Remote programme?

May I know your actual Diploma duration and the mode of study(Full-time/Part-time/Remote) ? and whether it is done after your degree?

Thank you rajeevan this is sorted. I was missing very small thing. I have done Bachelor of commerce of 3 full year & Master of commerce of 2 full year. I got points for two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. one must be for a program of three or more years.
