I need a help and clarification regarding the NOC-0211 for engneering managers, i have worked as a drilling services manager for 2 years and 10 months, before that i worked as Senior drilling services engineer for 1 year and 2 months and as a drilling services engineer for 2 years and 5 months which is NOC-2145. In summary i worked for 3 years and 7 months before becoming an engineering manager.
I have the below questions.
1. Can i apply in one application for both NOCs i am being told that i will only be considered for one of the NOCs so i have to choose one?
2. To apply under NOC-0211 do i need to have the Prefessional Engineer P.Eng certification exam passed? I have the pakistan engineering council professional engineer certification would this be enough?
3. Are the number of years of experience before becoming a enginering manager enough or it may create doubts in the mind of the immigration officer.
Please reply urgently to the above 3 questions.
