Hi Guys!
Recently my application has been updated as below. In the final decision section, it says
- "Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. "We will send you a letter or email with details"
But I have not received the email or letter for 3 weeks. Anyone has experienced this? please feel free to share your experiences.

- Do I have to wait for the pass request letter from the post office?
- How long did it take to arrive if it received the letter from the post office?

I might be in the same situation. It is regarding my father's Super visa application - in the new IRCC portal, which is different from the gc key portal. I did not receive this update, however as per the notes I requested, a correspondence with passport request was sent on 17May, however I never received it. As per the notes, the application is approved, but I have no passport request in the account.

I checked every time, but no message was received.

If no message then you should wait, they will send. Good part is, it was approved, its a good step.

You should immediately contact IRCC through web form as well as local embassy (if applied outside Canada) if 30 days passed then they might cancelled/refused you app
