“non-status” eligibility for Spouse sponsorship inland

Hi

I have read the whole policy from ircc website, and the date it was last updated (2018). As I understand it, it’s a really old policy that helps people not in status to apply for PR inland under family class sponsorship.

So why did they publish the article now?
