Hi everyone,
My spouse has recived administrative expulsion order from Russia because of an immigration-related issue. Will it affect our immigration process to Canada?

It shouldn't affect your processes provided you are honest about the expulsion order in your application and declare it fully.

By the way, I've forgotten to mention, that I'm the principal applicant. My spouse is an accompanying dependent. Or, maybe, there is no difference, and we both have to povide police certificates?

No difference. You both have to provide PCCs.
