Really .... but I am really interested to get my PhD. I made express entry profile since 18 Sep 2019 and my score was 462. Then the next draw was 463 and kept increasing until FSW stopped... really frustrating.

That is why I am asking. As far as I understand, you don't need any proof. Even if your classes are online, you can enter as long as your institution is approved. However, I read in some places that you need to have a reason. Anyway, Wish you a safe trip and please keep us posted.

Thanks for your reply...but as far as I know the calling option is not for international students. Webform are the only option. Calling is an option if you are in Canada. I would appreciate if you can advise on the number and I would give it a try.

Personaly, I am in favor to go to Canada now, but I have a concern also which make me hesitant and delay this. As IRCC may change their rules, I am scared to book flight but they may close border or my uni will not be in the approved list, as I have to give one month notice to leave my work. On...
