If you sent it through the VAC, the VAC sends update emails. I couldn't track mine, but the emails were pretty good enough for me. Once IRCC is processing the pasaport they will update your GCKEY with the passport information as well.

Got the ppr April 15 I think Sent passport to the vac in istanbul on April 22 Got it back May 19 But with me right after I sent the passport there was a 3 week lockdown, if not it may have been faster. Good luck!

I believe they are working but very limited. Couple of days after the shutdown they updated my gckey under document status with the passport issued.

They didnt specifically ask for the fee for me, but I submitted the letter with the fee anyway.

isn't the COPR time sensitive? if I understand it right that is. When they sent me PPR it said somewhere in the letter, I had 30 days to submit the passport for them to issue the COPR. But in your case it is issued already without you submitting a passport. I don't know I am lost. Maybe nothing...

Guys the vfs global vac center in istanbul, I contacted them for info regarding transmission fee but they also sent me a consent form for vfs global to sign and add to the package. Is this what you guys did? Do I have to give a signed consent letter to VFS?

I think with your case they only asked for the fee. My email was saying, please submit your ARC. It did not meontion a letter or a payment. So I figured they are asking for the whole thing. So I sent them both the letter and the fee barcoded reciept.

Is this the Ankara VO? If yes. Then they ask you to submit your ARC and they dont specifecally say what to submit. You should have submitted an ARC application which is ARC letter written by you, ARC fee and 2 passport sized photos. And all this in a pdf format.
