    Flights in times of covid

    Hi, My husband has an immigrant visa and wants to come to canada in august from India. The flights are from India to Toronto but we live in ottawa. Is it possible for him to get a connecting flight from Toronto to Ottawa after his international flight?

    Hello everyone, My husband is in India and has gotten his once one time entry visa to canada for PR. My question is that once he lands in canada and applies for the PR card, can he leave canada without the card ? And a family member can courier the card to India ?
