Hi, does anyone have experience using a PO BOX mailing address as the address in the PR Portal? Did IRCC request any changes to the address? Or Did they just send the PR card to the mail box accordingly?

Hi, I got the update that my extension was approved on August 12th and that my permit would be mailed within 6 weeks. It's now 4 weeks in and no permit in my mail box. Should I be worried? Should I call IRCC?
