    I applied on sept 4th as well. Last week I got an update that my pr card is mailed in the GC key. Were you able to link your application to check the status? Some reps doesn’t give useful information and say vaguely it is in progress.

    Don’t worry about the rejection status. I’ve seen people receiving the card despite the rejection status. So you should be good.

    Yes GCKey is same as the IRCC Secure account. I will post my update too. I got the final decision made message on Sep 25th and nothing after that.

    I think they are just holding the PR cards until the Canada Post strike situation is all figured out. Now, with the latest update, I wonder if they will start handing the cards to Canada Post. Once they do, we may see another update in GCKey indicating that the card has been mailed out.

    The PR Portal often stays “Submitted” even after your file moves forward (some people say it stayed that way until the card arrived). If you want a hint, once you logged into pr portal you can open DevTools (F12) → Network → refresh → find the cases?... and check the JSON for a status like...
