I got my Passport very Next day, Counterfoil generated on Jan 24th and I got my Passport on 25th.

Update Counterfoil number has been updated and status shows Approved on IRCC Tracker. hoping to get my passports back in week or two.

so wat I have read from post is that, They never asked you to send passport if outside Canada or portal emails (COPR for inside Canada) as I wonder why they re-doing security and all other checks for you. it should be simple right adding baby and submit documents like babys passport copies etc...
