RPRF will be requested at any time. Even when it is requested, it means nothing other than the application is under process. Refusals can and have happened post RPRF. Prior to 2018 RPRF was a strong indication for forthcoming PPR. But it is no longer the case. There are tons of threads on this...

I submitted my passport to LVO on 26/02/19 and got it back with stamped visa on 14/03/19

Unlike in the past, these days getting PPR after RFRP tends to take several months.

Well because most folks on this thread have a life other than pointlessly keep checking the forum anxiously and whining about things outside their control.

It took me three months after RPRF to get my PPR. My total wait time for PPR was 130 days since AOR. Good luck to everyone!

Got my PPR this afternoon, 130 days after AOR. No ghost updates. Just a request letter in my CIC account to submit my passport within 60 days.

I got an email from Warsaw office to submit an ADR, which is when I found out my LVO.

Today I received a message from the Canadian Embassy in Warsaw to pay the Biometric fee for my non-accompanying spouse. Now I know my LVO and that my files are being processed.
