Hello, According to the crs tool my score is supposed to change with my latest ielts score. However, despite making the changes in my profile, the score remains unchanged. is this normal? Will it be smarter to withdraw the profile and start a new application? Thanks

Hello, According to my ECA report only my BA is worth something in Canada and my pg diploma is not. So in the education column do I still need to write that I did a pg diploma course as well or just leave it at BA?
