    <<<<<<<<<< June AOR 2023 Thread >>>>>>>>>>

Yes, that's normal. Mine only updated last week and I had June 26 AOR. You might still have to wait a couple of months or so.

    <<<<<<<<<< June AOR 2023 Thread >>>>>>>>>>

June 26 AOR, inland. I don't think it's normal. Found a thread on Reddit with a lot of people saying the same thing happened to them today. It's just completely blank, no "you don't need a medical exam" or anything.

    <<<<<<<<<< June AOR 2023 Thread >>>>>>>>>>

My medicals were marked as passed last week (per public policy, did them less than 5 years ago), but now that section in GCKey has gone blank. Same for anyone else?

New PGWP Extension (Opt-in): email confirmation?

Just got my new PGWP in the mail. Never received a correspondence letter in my account and they did not include one in the envelope. Guess they realized the address was glitchy for some people.

PGWP exntension not full 18 Months

Apparently everyone is getting 18 months from date of approval. So you could get real 18 months if your permit was expiring the same day the extension gets approved. But for those of us with PGWP expiring later this year, we miss out on several months. I'm guessing yours would expire in October...

New PGWP Extension (Opt-in): email confirmation?

Yeah, this is unacceptable. I heard some people called them and had their addresses fixed, but the agent said the permits had already been sent out to the wrong address, so they would have to send a new one...

New PGWP Extension (Opt-in): email confirmation?

Interesting, I didn't get that, I wonder why? Some people are saying their address is completely wrong on that letter.

New PGWP Extension (Opt-in): email confirmation?

Did you get any new correspondence letters under the "messages about my application" section? I heard some people did, but I don't have anything new there.

    Pgwp extension policy

I don't think you're in the right place, it should be down in the "Start an application" section there's an option called "Post-graduation work permit holder: Extend your open work permit (up to an additional 18 months)". All you need to do is provide your PGWP application number and confirm...

    Pgwp extension policy

You have until May 20th to opt in and the message on your account advises to apply as soon as possible, so I don't see any benefit in delaying it. If you take a look at the instructions for people who can't opt in, it says "If your PGWP is still valid, the work permit will be issued for up to...

New PGWP Extension (Opt-in): email confirmation?

I didn't receive any confirmation email, and neither did anyone in another forum I frequent. Such a basic feature to add, but I guess IRCC didn't feel like it...

I need to correct my last name on my PGWP. Could use some help with the required documents

My last name is very long and part of it is missing in my PGWP. I don't want problems when re-entering Canada so I'm trying to get it corrected with form IMM 1436. They ask for two forms of ID: 1. Photocopy of federal or provincial/territorial government issued photo identification OR if...

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

My paper copy of PGWP took 3 days to arrive in Toronto, for reference.

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

For those who got approved and received a Correspondence Letter in their account, does it say "Permit - WP-EXT / Permis - PT-PROR" under Document Type at the bottom? Apparently WP-EXT is for extensions, but I've found a few old posts from people saying they had that same code. I'm not too...

You could submit the missing pages via webform to be safe. They do ask for all pages with stamps.

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Finally approved! Applied June 1st, approved October 26. Eligibility review took about 2 hours. No biometrics, unofficial transcript, Toronto. 3 years of PGWP for 16 months Masters program. Original program length was 24 months, but I took extra classes and finished early. Not sure if they went...

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Yeah, it's a tough situation. I'm June 1st and seeing people from June 3 and 4 getting processed ahead of me is really stressful. But on Thursday there were May 28th and June 3rd people getting processed, so it's not exactly an ordered thing. They're processing people around our date, so I'm...
