Tried Firefox, Chrome, Brave, Safari, Edge... with clear cache and with private tab, still same result it is not sending email; no representative and I somehow got AOR and test invitation letter on that address

Have you tried doing password reset instead of registration? I remember some people said that worked for them.

Also was able to get into tracker today - glad I checked here - had nearly given up!

I was having the same issues but Icognito worked for me just now

Okay I finally were able to log in. The tracker sent email to my email which I used for PR and not the one where I got AOR and not in which was written on tracker with stars. "Terrific IT systems"

Interesting that I have LPP completed in September, but not Background check.
