Hai friend, My visa for student visa rejected, if 8 apply again what about the chance for rejection. Is that replaying the visa 8s a good option ?

My visa rejected on 25th June this year and its almost close to one month, I don't even receive the rejection reason without the reason I can't apply again.. I mailed then but no replay. Iam so helpless.. Please he'll me to find out the reason... My application not linked online..

I got a blank passport from the embassy.. Many told that is the sign of rejection, if it is rejected why they don't send back the documents which submitted in embassy.. Any face the same situation.. Need fast replay..
