Hi, today I get and email requesting to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. It means that my Permanent Residence will be approved? Or how many chances I have? Thanks I submit the AOR on january 31st. CEC Class.
