Update: I received certificates for both the kids today via regular mail. It took total 22 months, 12 days from application received to receipt of certificates. Good luck to all!

Thank you! Yes, I requested gcms notes and it was not helpful. It listed some basic info such as applicant's details, correspondence and a comment indicating the application was referred to PSU for a final review.

@Here I have an update, the status has changed to Decision Made, however underlying status still shows bullet points 1-3 as I posted earlier. I am exited and at the same time little nervous! Let's see.. fingers crossed!

I have no idea, I ordered GCMS notes specifically to figure out the reason. However, the notes were not helpful.
