my AOR is on 7th of June as per representative told me but they said theres no update after this till now :S not even medical passed ..... I asked them to order GCMS as I passed the 100 days mark since AOR...... what would be the reason I didnt get the MEP passed till now? should I be worried?

my score is 449 since beginning of February and I didn't get my ITA although having higher score than cutoff the last 3 draws. I sent the CIC last week but they didn't reply yet but here is a screenshot of my page
