Remarking IELTS advice

I just got my results for OCT 14th exam and they are as follows: L8.5 W6.5 R8 S7.5

I missed a 0.5 on my writing! for the 100th time =/ Is it worth it to remark? what are the chances it increases this 0.5? I am pretty sure I wrote good but maybe it was a little shorter that required

Anyone can share their experience with remarking please?

Hi,

there's a whole thread on the remark issue. Apparently, people have a higher chance to get a higher score on the Writing and Speaking tests on remark/ enquiry than the listening and reading tests. My remark experience (way back in 2015) was positive: my score in writing was increased from 6.5 to 7.5.

Go for it..mine increased from 6.5 to 7. Now I have 7 7 7 7
