My parent has a visitor visa which expires at the same day of the passport. Since the passport will have less than 6 months when she travels, the plan is to renew the passport and bring both ( old passport with valid visa + new passport). I believe that should be ok similar to US entry rules...

Hey All Thank GOD. Today I got my 1st AOR. My documents package is ready but is it true that even if i sent them tomorrow, the VO won't start processing my application until the date of the deadline for sending the docs (which is 4 months from now)?? Wish us all Happy ending :)
