Say my tuition were to be covered by a loan and a blood relative sponsored me... Does the person supporting you straight up need $10,000 in their account in each bank statement for this to work? Thanks!

The CIGC website states: If the previous statements of the last 4 months all contain more than $833 a month, does this hold the same clout as straight up having $10,000 in my account? I don't think i'll ever have $10,000 in my account at one time. :-[ I'm really having a hard time grasping...
