The CIGC website states:

Tuition plus $10,000 for a 12-month period (or $833 per month)
If the previous statements of the last 4 months all contain more than $833 a month, does this hold the same clout as straight up having $10,000 in my account? I don't think i'll ever have $10,000 in my account at one time. :-[

I'm really having a hard time grasping what exactly needs to be done to prove my financial status.

Is this process as daunting and overwhelming as I think it is?

You must show that either you or your sponsor (e.g. parent) have enough available funds to pay for your studies. This means you need to show a recent bank account that shows a balance of first year tuition + $10K living expenses + $2-3K travel expenses. If you can show this money - how to you plan to pay for your studies? Are you planning on taking out a loan?

Yes, for the tuition. Also, say I had $2-3k in my own account buy my sponsor had around $10K in their account.... Could that be feasible?

Thanks for any help!
