I posted our application a couple of months ago. I sent it tracked and signed for so I know that it's been received... I understand that the next thing is that they acknowledge receipt.... but surely it can't take this long?! Any advice?!!

I already have 35 points just from experience working in my field. I am allowed to provide further evidence to add extra points (for example adaptability, education) but do I need to? Does it make a difference? I can't find my degree certificate and if it's not essential then I'll stop hunting...
