Did you reply to the email ID you received oath invitation from(Subject of the email changed to what they had asked us)? Or did you type in a new email?

Portal email has candidate specific invitation code in the attachment that you have to put and that allows you to create an account to login and download e-certificate. It also has basic instructions about how to download e-certificate.

No idea how they manage it exactly but makes sense that they invite people in batches for oath.

Okay, Thank you. I did submit latest PCC from my home country as I was out of Canada for more than 180 days during COVID. Maybe that was enough. Just hoping oath update comes soon.
