I am applying to one of Quebec programs and do intend to live there. However, my agent told me that many other applicants choose not to stay in Quebec. How about the forum members, do you intend to live in Quebec? How does Quebec compare to other provinces, pros and cons?

This forum is full of spam message recently, we need to block them, delete them, discourage them from posting nonsense messages. My suggestion is the forum administrator nominate a few others to police the forum and take timely actions against the spammers.

I have just started the application process and thought it could be a good idea to log my case here and discuss its progress with applicant fellows.
