The capping status of NOC 4011 is highly suspicious, no reliable data yet , but highly likely that it could have been capped by the mid october applicants and i feel that november and december and even the end of october applicants in soup ????????????, not sure, but pleasegive your input.

i see that many applicants have reported some problem with charging their credit card and rejection. now we find that fees are processed in 50-60 days why cant the applicants prefer the bank demand draft as a mode of payment
