Has anyone from surrey , bc received citizenship exam date?

Watch out people. We have people here who purposely respond with incorrect answer so that your application is rejected !!! If you are not sure about something please call ircc. Double check things with lawyers or consultants. I dont want to name people who are creating confusion in the forum...

Not yet, they started sending emails today again. But this might be tomorrow as they are sending it according to submission time

Most of the parents would not have it. Affidavits might be sufficient along with education certificates or passports with parents name mentioned as spouse. Do remember to write explanation letter for anything out of norm. And feel free to call ircc to double check

They have started sending emails again today. 2 of my friends got it today morning. And both had submitted around 12.05 pm. So hold on everyone who is waiting for invites.

Thats what I thought initially as well. Hopefully people wil get the invites soon. I think they sent invites to people who submitted up until 12.04 pm n some around 12.05

If anyone gets invitation letter today please let us know

May be the people who have not received emails are in 7000 backup. If there are no emails until end of this week thats what it would be then.

I will be happy if it works that ways Everyone should fill their forms carfully then to avoid mistakes or getting rejected. Dont rush guys. Double check everything

Who = if there are people left after rejections We cant predict what ircc is doing

I dont think so. The only people I have seen on this forum were up until 12.04 pm n some in 12.05 pm.

Many would be ineligible, some would opt out n ircc will reject some people as well. I think there would be round 2 after aug looking at past record. If not ircc has already mentioned they will consider the rest of them next year

They rejected about 400 candidates before inviting. Someone posted the counts before as 26000 people invited

I did not had a last name on my passport when I applied my PR. I entered my first name in last name field. I also provided an explanation letter . Please call them prior to doing this. I applied for pr 5 years ago so may be they have changed process or something

No i did not. I will check. But there is no email as of now. Congrats to everyone who received the invites. Thank to all for support n for answering all questions.

Sorry I was upset n literally in tears as I wrote that. Hopeful for the future that invites will come for the rest.

I guess thats it then. Ircc sent it to people who submitted by 12.04 - sigh!

I ask them daily. If they dont feel pressured they wont send it until june or scrap the entire process. Who knows !
