Hi Jiajialin92, Payer name does not matter. I did upload blank receipt in my case but its upto you whether you want to fill the blank columns or not. Please choose TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES in the dropdown menu. Good Luck Faisal

Hi Beogradjanin1, I completely disagree with your accusation that students are still paying wrong fee, because this issue has already been resolved by CIC. Starting from Feb till end of May, CIC online application form only requested $155 due to technical difficulties. Moving forward, lets not...
