I think it is very important that your letters of reference specifically refer to roles and responsibilities associated with those in the noc class. there is no problem if all criteria are not fully mentioned in the letters but the bones of them must be noc related. for example you could have a...

I understand that it is very unlikely that you will be asked to do an interview once you have being called for a medical, but I'm sure exceptions may exist. I am in the same situation and was advised that an interview at this stage is extremely unlikely. Best of luck!
