We do not see lot of activity at CHC NEw Delhi now a days. I think the Student Visa rush has taken toll over the PR process Recently, I applied for Schengen Visa and got it in 15 days. Ealrier at 2 occassions I got it in 3 days and 5 days. The response for delay was tourist and Student visa rush.
