My online status showing that letter will be through mail ( as you quoted snail mail) . I have not received letter yet but my test in on 24th January, 2018.

May be Depends on region or city .... mine is online status update & invitation sent by mail - Calgary office

no dear, what ever you earn outside Canada before landing to Canada as permanent Resident ... about low income no way as you will have good amount in your account - .... so :)

Dear , its written in PPR-1 request under passport specification - "For your visas to have maximum validity, all passports should be valid for at least 12 months from the date of your medical examinations" - so i would say better to renew instead of landing in emergency sitution.

I would still recommend to send e-mail to re-london - in fact reply to the same e-mail which you received as PPR-1 but add in subject "Urgent" - and then write in such a way that you are worried that may be PPR-1 is not delivered yet to LVO and must include the that in stage-1 it was written...

i would recommend to send at re-london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca, may be in Subject - Urgent: PPR-1 e-mail subjectreference and ask LVO that if they received or not and mentioned that as it was written in stage-1 letter that 6 weeks require to send stage-2 instruction. may be better to...
