I went for an interview at the Buffalo C.C - the officer never told me if I passed or failed all she gave me was the medical papers to get my medicals done- when i asked she said once medicals are rcvd we will get back to you- anyone with same experience please advise thank you

when applying for work permit do you need to include medicals and abckground checks? please advise I can not find this info on the web - thank you

can someone who has an i- 485 pending in US- apply for canada VISA? I came to US in 1999 student VISA- which has expired since has applied for GC under family sponsorship. Have a work permit in US valid until 09/2009
