Once they issued, previous one automatically became invalid and They make the small cut on the corner to make as well, I specially sent Written request as well to returned my old RTD while i sent application They still hold mine Im trying to ask US embassy in Vancouver what can be done in this...- Mr.Kevin

I applied renewal for my RTD sept 12 I received today nov 6 I only got my new one They didn’t returned my old one which have valid US visa for another 8 years What should i do? I really need for traveling purposes- Mr.Kevin
