    Can CBSA deny me PRRA even if I meet the eligibility criteria?

    My refugee claim was recently deemed Ineligible after C-12. My lawyer said it could take months for CBSA to reach out to me after my PFL response. He also said the officer could decide not to offer me PRRA even if I meet the criteria. Is that true?

    My refugee claim has been recently found ineligible after C-12. I wrote and submitted it myself but I’m now trying to find a lawyer to help me with the situation. How costly can this be for me in the future if I end up submitting a PRRA or a H&C? In terms of consistency, I think I’ll be fine...
