My student visa file was submitted on march 2018 for may batch but later it was transferred to September batch with extension letter. However in july 2018 my file was withdrawn from embassy by my agent. I dont have file number which is generated after submission only i have is tracking number ...

If once rejected under spp you can’t apply under spp again it’s instructed under spp checklist however, u can apply in general category. But in sds checklist there’s nothing written that rejectd under spp or general can’t apply under sds. Can we apply in SDS ?

(may batch)my friend got visa for university of capilano and the classes are already started on 8th may visa was stamped on 3 may but he received passport on 8th may. agent is saying that now you can't get to canada as you need extension letter to join classes or they may transfer your classes...
