(may batch)my friend got visa for university of capilano and the classes are already started on 8th may
visa was stamped on 3 may but he received passport on 8th may.
agent is saying that now you can't get to canada as you need extension letter to join classes or they may transfer your classes to september batch.
will there be any issue at POE if extension letter is not available ?
