    We just got the emails to download our citizenship certificates. So, since I had a ghost update tomorrow, and it's Wednesday tomorrow (update day usually!) I am expecting to get our virtual citizenship ceremony invitation tomorrow, or at least this week.

    I honestly think they just put it in a pile, and whatever is on top gets handled first. Then, if they have to pause your processing to wait for something, you go back to the bottom of that pile.

    Got the oath invite, but it's in person in Calgary, which is one and a half hours away from where I am. I also have an autistic child, and won't have care for her if we travel there for the ceremony. If I request virtual, will the date change or stay the same?
