It does not say in the history section. Just at the homepage that the eligibility is completed. However, on the history page there is a entry on the October 2nd - we received your enquiry. However, my eligibility was changed to in review in the IRCC portal on the 23rd September. -

Non EDE. No you do not need UCI or Application number. The results are connected with her passport number. They will provide you an IME sheet, upload through the webform once you get it.
