Thread: Addition of Spouse after PPR / COPR Timeline

Yes, they will use your medical’s expiry. Better redo them - they shouldn’t issue COPRs to you unless medicals are valid another 6 months for both you and spouse - so you’ll likely receive a request to redo them when they open your file for a check. It also can happen that they’ll prolong your...

    PR Card Photos rejected

IRCC phone support said they’re processing pictures received in first 2 weeks of July now. So it basically should take about 40 days to get a reply if new pictures are approved from the date they were received by IRCC.

Thread: Addition of Spouse after PPR / COPR Timeline

Addition of spouse restarts the process - COPR is cancelled and the checks for spouse start from scratch. You can either wait for spouse to be processed and get new COPRs together (give it 1 year timeline) or go with current COPR alone (if it’s valid) and explain to IRCC why you are going alone...

    PR Card timeline - 2023

Apparently you need to call IRCC, because 1 month later the phone support claims that they missed the address, despite that I sent it via webform on 20-Jun and they acknowledged adding it to the file on 23-Jun (also visible on Suivi tracker as update) and via fax on 25-Jun. So for those...

No. My spouse got her PR card application too, I don’t know why they seem to process us separately, but her pictures were rejected - so she got a letter to submit new pictures. My card’s application remains the same so far. And due to that mail I found out that we are processed by Syndey CPC in...

Sounds like they just don’t want to call things their names. If the tracker says “Complete” it’s complete, the tracker won’t just randomly lie. Try ordering the notes to clear the doubts.

    EE Security in-progress

If you can see COPR numbers on the new Suivi tracker - then you’re done with all checks. But if you feel like you are still “in progress” you can call the Call centre and ask them directly if Security was passed by you, or also apply for CSIS notes and CBSA notes - those 2 combined can help to...

Officially you are all “in progress” till the date of the decision is made. In reality, if he got it passed, most likely PA got it passed too.

PR Card Renewal & New - 2022 Processing Timeline

There are no stamps for leaving the country - Canada doesn’t do passport checks at leaving, only at entry. Only your boarding pass for leaving could prove the exact date at which you left the country.
