I applied for trv application in 2020 through GCKey, and its now April 2022, but my application status is still in progress. I sent multiple web forms, emails but still same status. What should I do, please suggest

My application for TRV is is progress since Dec, 2020. Still I am waiting for decision. In my application some of the documents are no more valid now, like visa. Should I upload new documents through web form or wait for them to ask for new ones?
